K-pop Guesthouse Seoul Station（首爾車站K-POP賓館） ★★

I like the location, it’s super near from the Seoul Station which makes it accessible wherever to go.

I got different room from what I reserved and when we asked about it they said we cannot move because they are fully booked. But we settled it, they offered us to move the next day and gave us discount. Staff are nice but there’s no reception most of the time. The cleanliness is so bad maybe because of the property, it’s kinda old.

Close to seoul station and market, easy totake bus, metro, ktx to other place, simple breadfast available

Room facility a bit old, hot water supply is slow

It's hard to go to the place from Seoul Station if you arrived late night since the subway is already closed. Also, taxi drivers cannot locate the address in their GPS.

non, i early check out my stay at this place. the worst place to stay in korea.

There’s many drunk people nearby every night starts from 01:00am to 06:30am (Friday through Sunday). no matter you stay at the ground floor or forth floor. And the owner says, he cannot do anything about it. Therefore, i only stay three of five nights without any refunds. if you are staying clubs during the night time, you probably will be fine with it. if you expecting to have sweet dreams during the night time, this place is not for you. The bed is very thick, if you are couples, you probably not able to have sex in room.

Reasonably priced. Close enough to the KTX but a few simple directions on their website would be helpful. Easy to access after hours...

There was rubbish + pills + coins left from the previous occupier. It’s pretty old & run down to be honest but u get what u pay for (reasonably cheap). Kitchen utensils could be upgraded a little...

The only thing good about this place was it's location, next to Seoul station & extremely cooperative & helpful staff, especially Mr. Lee who went out of his way to help us:-)

The interior & the exteriors. The room was extremely cramped up & not very well maintained. Even the bothroom/ toilet was below standard & unclean. The breakfast was also of namesake with a packet of bread & jam but no butter

The garbage in fronth of the hotel and facilitaties they dont have elevator so its hard to go on your room if you have a luggage as no one will assist to carry it for you as well.

The location was great! The breakfast was served around 8:00am and consists of bread, ramen, coffee, orange juice and jams. Staff were great, and is ready to help you with anything.

Location of the guesthouse is so good! Literally close to the main Seoul station useful for trips out to Hongdae, Myeongdong etc nice food places close by too! The staff were super amazing and honestly the best! One of the staff members shouted lunch had some nice Japchae from a Chinese restaurant opposite the guesthouse and another staff member Kindly took my sister and I to hongdae and showed us the main streets.

The stairs to heaven lmao felt like I was doing cardio everyday. Bathrooms are not that great and are small but you get what you pay for and you do get to shower and do ya business lol

일단 예약한 방은 개별침대에 전용욕실이 포한된 방이었는데 예약이 꼬여서 방이없다고... 침대하나짜리라도 쓰시겠냐고.. 취소하기 그래서 그방이라도 썼습니다. 방상태가... 왜 싼지 알것같은...very dirty oops! 방에서 곰팡이냄새는 기본이고 에어컨은 한번도 닦지 않은것 같아요 냄새가... 하.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이불 락스 냄새가 제일 좋았습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 레알 잠만 잘 수 있는 곳 입니다. 근데 침대에서 조그만 움직여도 무너질것 같아오...

직원분이 완전 친절하심. 서울역 근처라 편의 시설 교통이용 편리. 남산타워 셔틀이 바로 앞에서 서요!

금액이 저렴해서 사실 조식 기대 안했는데 그래도 식빵에 커피만 있는 건 좀 당황스러웠어요. 계단 중간중간에 짐이 쌓여 있는 것도 위험해보이고 화장실 청결은... 그냥 쓸만한 정도 2층 침대 바로 위 천정에 거미줄도 있었고요. 배게나 이불이나 겉 커버는 깨끗한데 속통은 정말 누렇다 못해 시커먼 느낌이었어요.

이 가격에 싱글룸을 이용하는 것 만으로도 훌륭하지요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다.

중앙 난방이다보니 밤에 추웠고, 작은 창이 있었지만 벽으로 막혀 있어서 답답했습니다. 그래도 주로 밤에만 숙소에 머물러서 괜찮았어요.

늦게도착하여 체크인하고 잠만 주무시고 갈분들에게 최고인거같아요!

난방켜는게따로업는지? 바닥이 냉바닥은아닌데 따뜻한 온돌방느낌은아니에요! 앞이 밝지않아서 여자혼자오면 좀 무서울수도있을꺼같아요 ㅠ 저흰 사촌들끼리 혼성으로 놀러왔어서 괜찮았어요 엘레베이터가없고 계단이 가팔라서 5층사용시 짐옮기기가 힘들었어요

간단한 토스트로 조식제공됨. 가격이 저렴하고 직원이 친절함. 가격이 저렴한 편임.

위생상태가 불량함. 침대커버가 계속 벗겨지고 고정되지 않고 침대가 딱딱해서 숙면을 취할 수 없음. 화장실과 방이 비좁음. 화장실의 개수가 너무 부족하여 씻기 어려움. 중앙난방 시스템이라 겨울인데도 창문을 열고 자야할정도로 더운데도 온도조절을 할 수 없었음.

내 생애 이런 숙소는 처음이다. 거지가 사는 곳이지 어떻게 돈을 주고 자는 곳인지 이해가 전혀 안된다. 헐.

청결하지 못하며 방이 매우 춥고, 썼던 층 공용화장실은 물이 배수가 원활하지 못해 물이 넘친걸 본 경험이 다반사.

방음이 안되어서 밤새 잠을 이루기 어려웠음. 조식은 아예 준비해 놓지 않았고, 지저분해서 불쾌하고 기분까지 상함

이층침대에서 삐그덕 소리가 나지 않아서 좋았음

욕실에 녹이 슨 옷걸이는 플라스틱등으로 교체하면 어떨까요?
